As (￡ 260,000) we have half charge against the property (￡ 91,000) – Other than monthly payments difficulty, there are options other than repossession or bankruptcy – the options available to us life easier? 977,503 9775 03Any help would be grateful thanks received.

A:How much is the house worth? Can you sell up, repay the loan/mortgage and start again? You may be better off heading over to the Debt Free Wannabee board and posting an SOA (statement of affairs).
